3. Booking and Payment

- Payment may be required at the time of booking or upon arrival, as specified on the confirmation page.
- Some facilities may require non-refundable advance payment.
4. Cancellations and Refunds

- Cancellations made at least 7 days before arrival: no penalty (except non-refundable rates).
